Former Tottenham fullback Pascal Chimbonda has told Christian Eriksen to stay where he is.

Chimbonda, who spent three seasons in north London, wants the club to put their foot down with the midfielder.

He told Stadium Astro: “I would do my job.

“I have a contract with the team. So I would do my job until something happens.

“You have to give everything to the Spurs shirt.

“It's beneficial for him to stay and have a great season to get the move he wants."
