Chicago Fire get their oats

The Chicago Fire has reportedly extended its front-of-shirt sponsorship deal with Quaker Oats, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/. The Chicago-headquartered breakfast cereals company, which has been owned by PepsiCo since 2001, signed an initial three-year deal with the club in 2012.

That agreement, worth a reported US$8 million in total, expired at the end of the 2014 MLS season.

According to a report in the Chicago Sun-Times, an extension has now been agreed ahead of the 2015 season, but confirmation and contractual details are yet to be released.
