Chester City boss Jim Harvey is in talks with Blackburn Rovers over loan signings.

Harvey hopes to land Andy Howarth and Johnny Flynn from Ewood Park.

Newly-appointed Chester chairman Ian Anderson told the Chester Chronicle: "There is a centre-half from Blackburn, a winger from Blackburn and a winger from Barnsley (Michael Coulsen). We've done the deals as far as I understand and hopefully all three will be signed in time for the weekend."
