Chelsea striker Nicolas Anelka is determined to keep a promise he made to his former Bolton Wanderers boss Gary Megson tonight against Reading.
The £15million hitman's final promise to Reebok chief Megson was to score against his relegation rivals - including Reading.
Anelka said: "I did say to Gary I'd try to score against the other teams around them.
"Obviously I also want to score to help Chelsea win. It would be better still if I can help Bolton to get safe with my goals.
"It would be perfect if I could win something at Chelsea and see Bolton stay up."
