Chelsea loanee Jordan Houghton has taken to Twitter to heap praise on Gillingham's travelling support following their 1-1 draw with Peterborough United in League One on Saturday.

The 19-year-old played the first half, before being replace by Emmanuel Osadebe at the break, as The Gills continued their unbeaten start to the season.

The fixture pitted Houghton against Chelsea teammate Alex Davey, who played 90 minutes for Peterborough, landing there Man of the Match award.

Leicester City's Australian left-back Callum Elder also played a full match for The Posh, while on-loan Cardiff City striker Adedeji Oshilaja scored for Gillingham.
