Chelsea are prepared to sell Filipe Luis to former club Atletico Madrid.

The Brazilian left-back only joined the Blues from Atleti for around £15.8million last summer and is set to return to the Vicente Calderon Stadium according to Sky Sports.

It is believed that Chelsea will offload the 29-year-old for £15m after failing to dislodge Cesar Azpilicueta in the left-back position at Stamford Bridge.

Filipe Luis made just nine Premier League starts for 15 appearances in England's top flight and 26 outings in all competitions for the west Londoners.
