Chelsea are willing to make a swap bid for Everton striker Richarlison.
The Telegraph says Spurs were in pole position to sign the Brazilian, but Chelsea haven't given up hope of winning his signature.
The Toffees have shown an interest in Levi Colwill, who impressed on loan at Huddersfield last season, and previously worked with Everton boss Frank Lampard at Stamford Bridge.
Thomas Tuchel had indicated that he wants the upcoming pre-season to run the rule over Colwill, but could be willing to let him leave on loan again to get Richarlison over the line.
Everton rate Richarlison at £70m.
