Chelsea whiz Callum Hudson-Odoi to continue rehab abroad

Chelsea whiz Callum Hudson-Odoi will continue his injury rehab overseas this summer.

The teenager ruptured his Achilles tendon in April and underwent surgery to repair the damage, says the Daily Mail.

The England international hopes to step up his rehabilitation by next month and is understood to be considering overseas destinations as he looks to continue his recovery in warmer climes.

Hudson-Odoi hopes to be able to start pre-season by the start of August if his summer recovery plan goes according to plan.

Antonio Rudiger, who underwent knee surgery at the end of April, is also hopeful of completing the bulk of his recovery programme during the close season in time to train with his Blues team-mates during pre-season.
