Chelsea are weighing up a move for PSV Eindhoven wonderkid Mohamed Ihattaren.

The 18-year-old hot shot has hit nine senior goals this season for the Dutch outfit.

Chelsea have been keeping regular tabs on the the Holland Under-19 ace, says Calciomercato.com.

He has a similar background to Chelsea's latest capture Hakim Ziyech, having been born in Holland to Moroccan parents.

The midfield maestro is under contract until 2022 and has been loyal to the Eindhoven club since 2010 when he was seven-years-old.
