After the arrival of Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli, Chelsea have struck terms with Sevilla for Jules Kounde.

And BILD says Chelsea also want PSG stopper Kimpembe.

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has made it clear he needs defensive signings after losing Andreas Christensen and Toni Rudiger.
