Chelsea winger Willian knows the club is synonymous for going through change.

The Blues are not like some of their rivals in the Premier League who stick with managers for many years.

It is rare for a coach to last more than two years at the Blues, and Willian sees it as both a positive and negative.

"Chelsea change a lot," he admitted to ESPN Brazil.

"In seven years, I have had five different coaches and philosophies.

"But even so, we won titles, because Chelsea always had that, it has always been like that and the club has continued to win titles. I think each club has a profile."
