Chelsea are ready to use Cesc Fabregas as a bargaining chip in talks for Sevilla midfielder Steven N'Zonzi.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is keen to bring the Frenchman back to England as he seeks to strengthen his midfield options.

Sevilla are desperate not to lose N'Zonzi and are attempting to secure him to a new deal, but Chelsea hope they can convince them to do business in January.

Estadio Deportivo says Chelsea are willing to offer Cesc in exchange for N'Zonzi.

Just yesterday, Sevilla coach Jorge Sampaoli said: "It is clear that this is an intelligent player any coach would want, but I do not think about it right now."
