Chelsea to play youngsters against Bayern Munich

Chelsea are taking a few untested youngsters to their UEFA Champions League tie with Bayern Munich.

They are all but out of the competition, as they are 3-0 down from the first leg.

Now they must go away to Bayern, and they could have the likes of Lewis Bate, Dynel Simeu and Ian Maatsen in the squad for the game.

And Goalindicates an injury crisis means youngsters Armando Broja and Henry Lawrence may even travel.

Christian Pulisic and Cesar Azpilicueta are injured, Pedro is out for a month and set to leave, while Willian has an achilles problem and is also close to a move to Arsenal.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek is touch and go, while N'Golo Kante may still not be fit enough to start the game.

Marcos Alonso and Jorginho are suspended for the game, and Billy Gilmour is not available either.
