Chelsea are ready to make an opening offer for PSG defender Presnel Kimpembe.

Despite signing Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli, Chelsea remain in the hunt for another centre-half.

And Kimpembe is on the Blues radar.

Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports Chelsea will offer €50m for the France international.

However, PSG are seeking €60-65m to sell.
