Chelsea teenager Martell Taylor-Crossdale will leave the club this summer.
Goalsays the 19-year-old has narrowed down his choices to Hoffenheim or Bristol City.
Taylor-Crossdale's contract expires in June 2019, which will end his 11-year association with the west London outfit.
The England U20 international failed to make an appearance for the Blues first-team.
