Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri has confirmed there's a buyout clause in his contract.
Sarri is being linked with Chelsea, where it's claimed club owner Roman Abramovich is willing to meet a £7m option in his current deal.
After victory over Benevento, Sarri said: "It's not a rumour, I have a contract that provides for exit clauses for me and for Napoli, about a month ago Aurelio (De Laurentiis) told me he wanted to change the contract to eliminate the clauses.
"Because we will be in ritiro, it's impossible. But in 15 days we'll see each other and consider whether to remove these clauses."
Asked about his English, Sarri added: "I studied it 30 years ago and I would need a nice refresher."
