Palermo playmaker Javier Pastore may be sold to Napoli if Marek Hamsik leaves according to Rosanero president Maurizio Zamparini.
The Argentine has been heavily linked with Chelsea in recent weeks but a move to Italy's mainland looks more likely, especially if Hamsik leaves Naples for AC Milan.
Zamparini suggests that Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis could be keen on Pastore if Slovakian captain Hamsik is sold to the Rossoneri.
"De Laurentiis expects a big offer for Hamsik? He sees it like me as I expect a great offer for Pastore," Zamparini told Radio Kiss Kiss.
"Pastore for Hamsik? Pastore costs a lot, but if De Laurentiis wants him... I will see him tomorrow and maybe we can talk."
