Chelsea are preparing an offer for Lille attacker Nicolas Pepe.
Telefoot says Chelsea are eyeing the Ivorian as a potential replacement for Eden Hazard, who is being linked with Real Madrid.
The Blues are ready to move for Pepe on two conditions: first if Hazard is sold and secondly if they can have their two window transfer ban overturned.
Just this weekend, LOSC president Gerard Lopez said: "This summer, I think we will sell four to five players, no more.
"All clubs are forced to balance their accounts except perhaps one. I would say, it is sure he (Pepe) will leave.
"He enters a price range that can no longer be paid. There is a career choice for him to make. I think he will have the choice."
