Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata has spent the week in Madrid trying to broker an exit from Stamford Bridge.
Goal reports that Sevilla have pulled out of the race for the 26-year-old after failing to meet Chelsea's fee demands.
It is believed the Andalusian club offered £5m to loan Morata with another £35m to be paid in the summer.
Atletico Madrid remain interested in Morata, but there still remains a number of hurdles until a deal can be agreed.
Like Sevilla, Atleti are far off Chelsea's demands. Los Rojiblancos are only prepared to pay 50 per cent of Morata's wages and a €3 million loan fee.
The onus is reportedly on Morata to force a deal with the west London club.
Barcelona are also interested in signing the Spaniard.
