Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud has lifted the lid on his brother's football career.
Romain Giroud played at the Auxerre academy and represented France at under-15 and under-17 level, however he dropped a potential professional career to study and become a nutritionist.
Asked about the first football kit he had, Olivier told chelseafc.com: "Maybe my brother's France shirt from when he played with the youth national team. He played for France's Under-15s and I was six years old. He was a centre-back.
"He played with Henry, Trezeguet and Anelka! He was a talented player but he didn't have a professional football career in the end."
