Olivier Giroud has explained that he couldn't celebrate against former club Arsenal in the Europa League final because of how the club transformed his career.

The Chelsea striker scored the opening goal in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Gunners.

He told BT Sport: "These two clubs changed my life, they gave me the opportunity to play in the Premier League.

"I didn't want to celebrate at Arsenal, but I am so proud to win this trophy with Chelsea."
