Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud admits he wants talks with manager Frank Lampard.
After proving the matchwinner at Champions League opponents Rennes, Giroud says he wants to be more than a simple super-sub.
He told Telefoot: "We have to be satisfied with what we are given. Today, of course, I was a little frustrated to have played only 6 or 7 minutes this weekend. Obviously having 25, so 4 times more, it's nice, but as I said I will continue to fight to aspire for more playing time.
"We will have a discussion I think. I am fully behind the team and my personal case follows the success of the team and everything is going well for the moment. I am a Chelsea player, I want to continue here. Now I will necessarily have to go and see if the coach gives me more opportunities, but it looks like the same situation as last year. So I am not worried, I trust and I will do everything to come back even stronger."
