Chelsea striker Giroud demanding long-term deal to join Inter Milan

Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud is seeking a long-term deal to join Inter Milan.

Inter have rekindled their interest for the Blues frontman but have only put a two-year deal on the table.

The French 33-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season and former boss Antonio Conte is keen on bringing the World Cup winner to San Siro, says The Sun.

The only thing that seems to be standing in the way is a dispute over the length of contract with Giroud eager to pen a three-year-deal.

Giroud has managed seven goals in 19 games for club and country this season.
