Chelsea striker Michy Batshauyi says he's changing his game under manager Frank Lampard.

Even though he has largely featured off the bench so far, Batshuayi is enjoying life under Lampard.

"He has been very involved, and put a lot of work in," said the 26-year-old to chelseafc.com.

"He emphasises the defensive work and the physical work a lot, which has been very interesting for me.

"He's a very simple guy. He doesn't speak a lot. Sometimes when he wants to have a laugh he tells jokes, but he knows when he needs to be focused and when he wants to relax.

"I don't think it's a surprise we are fourth.

"It's obvious there is a lot of quality in the group, a lot of good players, so we are where we deserve to be."
