Oscar is still believed to be on the radar of Italian champions Juventus.
According to the Daily Mail, officials from the Turin club are believed to be in London to negotiate a permanent deal for Juan Cuadrado and are also hoping to speak about Brazilian midfielder Oscar during their visit.
Colombian winger Cuadrado is on loan from the Blues and is likely to join Juventus permanently in January and it appears as though the Serie A giants want to explore the possibility of luring Oscar away from Stamford Bridge.
The 24-year-old, who has in the past been a target for the Old Lady, has made just five Premier League starts this season in what has been a horror opening few months for the reigning English champions.
