Chelsea star Hazard named Premier League PoM

Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has won the September Player of the Month for the Premier League.

Hazard managed five goals in four games, helping his team to a joint-top position in the league.

Despite having helped the Blues to two titles in the past, it is only the second time Hazard has won the Premier League Player of the Month award.

The Belgian star eased concerns about his future this week, suggesting he would remain at Chelsea until the end of the season.

There had been speculation about a winter move to Real Madrid.
