The Belgian's superb start to the season has been derailed temporarily due to a back complaint sustained against Manchester United two weeks ago. He has missed Chelsea's last two games against BATE Borisov and Burnley.
But Blues assistant Gianfranco Zola has confirmed Hazard is back in training and expects him to be ready for Palace.
"He's certainly much better," Zola said.
"Not sure today, maybe tomorrow he's going to join us in training. I don't think he's going to be involved in the game tomorrow. But he is looking quite good for the weekend, so we are quite pleased as he is such an important player for us."
