Three England internationals are set to leave Chelsea this summer.
The Blues are looking to offload a number of players as they gear up to a challenge for the Premier League title.
The Evening Standardsays Ross Barkley and Ruben Loftus-Cheek will be allowed to leave on loan or a permanent exit.
Barkley spent last season with Aston Villa, while Loftus-Cheek was with Fulham.
Neither players will be short of suitors, but should clubs not want to meet Chelsea's transfer demands, they are happy to loan them out again.
Abraham is a target for West Ham United and Aston Villa, but the former can't afford the £40m asking price.
