Chelsea are monitoring West Ham United striker Enner Valencia with the view to an end of season deal.

Blues are in the market for a new attacking signing this season and Valencia is under consideration.

Chelsea allowed Mohamad Salah to join the Serie A club on loan and also sold Andre Schurrle to Wolfsburg.

Didier Drogba is expected to retire at the end of the season while there is also speculation Loic Remy could leave Stamford Bridge after one season.
