Chelsea are set to send their Serbian youngster Slobodan Rajkovic on-loan at Dutch sister club PSV Eindhoven next season.

Chelsea, which signed the 18 year-old from OFK Belgrade, have allowed him to play on-loan at his former club for the past two years.

Now, Algemeen Dagblad says Chelsea want to see him at a higher level and plan to send him to PSV for a loan period.
