Lewis Baker has hailed the standard of the Dutch Eredivisie.
The Chelsea midfielder is developing his game on loan with Vitesse Arnhem and is of the belief that the top flight in Holland is the perfect place for him to force his way into calculations back at his parent club.
"It's a very good league," he told chelseafc.com.
"There's a lot of young talent out here. There are also a lot of players who have played out here and moved on to the Premier League.
"Everyone knows Holland is a very technical league and it has really improved my skills, more than it has in other places I've been. I have kicked on.
"If I keep going the way I'm going that's one of my dreams I want to make come true."
Baker, 21, has scored three league goals in seven matches so far this season as Vitesse sit seventh on the table.
