Chelsea's Everton ace Lukaku emerges on Roma radar

Italian club AS Roma are believed to considering a summer move for Chelsea's Romelu Lukaku.

Rome-based newspaper Il Messaggero reports that the Giallorossi are looking to come to an agreement with the Blues regarding a two-year loan with an option to buy the Belgian striker.

Lukaku joined Chelsea from Anderlecht in 2011 but failed to make an immediate impact at Stamford Bridge and was subsequently loaned to West Bromwich Albion where he starred with 17 Premier League goals in 2012/13.

This season, Lukaku has been on loan at Everton, scoring 13 goals, and now Roma are keen to get in on the act by luring him to the Italian capital on a loan agreement similar to the one Atletico Madrid and Chelsea have with goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
