Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma has successfully passed a medical and has moved to Bundesliga Hamburg on a two-year loan deal. The 19 year old agreed his move to Germany some time ago but on Thursday finalised his departure from Stamford Bridge.
The Holland international is the fourth Chelsea player to follow sporting director Frank Arnesen in leaving the club for Hamburg.
Michael Mancienne, Gokhan Tore and Jacopo Sala have all joined the Bundesliga club this summer.
