Chelsea are preparing a fresh move for Napoli ace Marek Hamsik. The Daily Express says Blues are ready to go again in their bid to prise Hamsik from Napoli in the January transfer window.

The Blues have been linked with Hamsik before, but failed to land their man as the Slovakian playmaker ended up committing his future to Napoli.

Along with Hamsik, Chelsea have been trying to nab Napoli's hot shot striker Edinson Cavani.

Hamsik though would be the more likely arrival and would crave Champions League football which Chelsea would be able to offer.
