The Blues have now rejected two £35m bids from Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, according to Sky Sports.

With the club likely to serve their transfer ban until 2020, Chelsea are not keen on parting with the 30-year-old.

Barca failed with three bids for the winger in the summer of 2018.
