Chelsea remain interested in Atalanta fullback Robin Gosens.

Calciomercato.com says the Blues are on the hunt for a new left-back and are believed to consider Gosens a viable alternative to first-choice target Ben Chilwell, of Leicester City.

Gosens has enjoyed an excellent season so far in Italy, scoring eight goals and providing five assists in 30 appearances across all competitions.

Chelsea are one of several sides interested in signing Gosens, with Inter Milan and Lyon also touted as potential destinations for the full-back.

But the most recent report states the Blues will only make a move for the Atalanta ace if either Marcos Alonso or Emerson Palmieri depart Stamford Bridge.
