However, the suspension doesn't apply to Cup ties so leaving Jackson available to manager Mauricio Pochettino tonight.
Malo Gusto, who was sent off against Villa, is suspended.
Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino will use the tie to continue striker Armando Broja's return after knee surgery before Christmas.
