Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is ready to release defender Jeffrey Bruma on-loan.
Bruma has made just five appearances this season and Chelsea feel the 19-year-old needs to go on loan to gain enough experience to turn him into a first-team regular.
Bruma has expressed a hope of joining PSV Eindhoven in January.
