Chelsea and PSG are pushing to open pre-contract talks with AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.
The Italy international's current deal expires in June, so leaving him free to sign a pre-contract with any foreign team.
Italian transfer expert Nicola Schira states the 22-year-old is interesting Chelsea and PSG, which intend to sign the player in the summer as a free agent.
At the same time, Milan is working on extending his contract.
The player's agent Mino Raiola is demanding a salary of €10m, while the club's management have so far offered €7.5m.
