Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic.

Tuttomercatoweb is reporting the Bosnian international has decided he will leave the Stadio Olimpico this summer and Stamford Bridge is looming as a possible destination.

It is understood if Italian national team boss Antonio Conte is appointed as Chelsea manager as expected, it could play a key role in luring Pjanic to the Blues as Conte is familiar with Pjanic's exploits in Serie A.

The 25-year-old scored nine goals and contributed eight assists in Italy's top flight this season.
