Chelsea ponder including Abraham in Lukaku bid

Chelsea will consider making a swap offer for Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.

The Sun says Everton are after Tammy Abraham — and the Chelsea kid could be used as a sweetener in a deal for Lukaku.

Boss Ronald Koeman sent his top spy Steve Walsh to see Abraham, 19, in scoring action on loan at ChampionshipBristol City last week.

Now the Toffees have moved ahead of Leicester in the race for the highly-rated hitman, while newly-promoted Brighton are also interested in him.

But Everton reckon they can offer Abraham the 'Lukaku' route to the top.

Belgian star Lukaku initially joined Everton on loan from Chelsea in 2013 before moving permanently for £28million.

The Goodison Park club would take Abraham on either basis in the summer. And the Blues have short-listed their old boy Lukaku, 23, for a return.
