Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount is now an ambassador for a kids' charity.

Amid all the negative press for the club, with government sanctions on owner Roman Abramovich, Chelsea fans will be delighted with such news.

Mount is now an ambassador for Together For Short Lives, a charity that helps families who have children with life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses.

Youth product Mount followed through on a pledge he made to take a one-hour training session at the club's training ground, while making a £20,000 donation to the cause.

Nine youngsters went through training, with Mount leading the session that went on for more than an hour, per The Sun.
