Chelsea have lost another long-term member of staff.
Medical chief Paco Biosca leaves Chelsea after 11 years at the club.
Biosca leaves at the end of a tumultuous week which saw commercial director Damian Willoughby sacked, as well as the exit of director of communications Steve Atkins.
Biosca arrived in 2011 but now leaves in a decision that is reported by the Telegraph as coming as a 'shock' to players who have worked with the 69-year-old for several years.
First-team doctor Dimitrios Kalogiannidis will take over temporarily until a permanent replacement is found.
