Chelsea are ready to use Romelu Lukaku as a bargaining chip in their summer transfer plans.
Lukaku is currently on-loan at Everton.
The Mail on Sunday says Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa has been on Chelsea's radar for some time and Jose Mourinho will offer cash plus Lukaku to secure him if the Blues can't prise Radamel Falcao from AS Monaco.
