Chelsea are planning a significant raid on the Italian Serie A in the summer.

The Blues do not have a transfer ban and are set to loosen the purse strings for manager Frank Lampard.

The Sun claims Roman Abramovich is prepared give Lampard nearly £200 million to spend on three Serie A players.

The stars being eyed by Chelsea include Miralen Pjanic from Juventus, Lautaro Martinez from Inter Milan, and Gianlugi Donnarumma from their city rivals AC Milan.

All three are key players for their respective teams, but Pjanic may be the most attainable.

Inter would loathe to lose Martinez after his breakthrough season, while Donnarumma is seen as someone who could spend his whole career in Milan.
