Chelsea are assessing whether they can make a move for Brazilian attacker Neymar in the summer.

The Blues are hoping to continue their push for a stronger squad under the leadership of co-owner Todd Boehly.

As the American continues to add personnel to their recruitment setup, they are already working on summer targets.

Transfer expert Simon Phillips states that Boehly even met with Neymar's representatives in Qatar during the recent World Cup.

A January move seems very unlikely, given PSG are still in the Champions League.

However, Neymar may be looking to move on, given PSG also have Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi as attacking threats.
