Chelsea owner Abramovich has 2 big doubts about Higuain signing

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has some doubts about their move for Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain.

The Blues are in talks with Juve for the Argentina international.

The Daily Mail says Abramovich has two big fears about signing the Maurizio Sarri target - one of which is from a business perspective.

Many were surprised when Juventus forked out £75million to sign Higuain from Napoli two years ago.

And now, with the forward set to turn 31 in December, signing the striker would represent even more of a gamble.

That means Chelsea would have little chance of making a profit on the player, who could replace Alvaro Morata.

And Abramovich also fears Higuain would be playing in the Premier League for the first time in his career, having never chanced his arm in England before.
