Chelsea are ready to sell Mateo Kovacic in the summer transfer window to either Bayern Munich or Manchester City.

The Croatian midfielder has become surplus to requirements at the Stamford Bridge club.

With the Blues investing heavily in the likes of Enzo Fernandez and looking at summer additions, Kovacic may be moved on to make way.

Per football.london, the 29-year-old is valued at €30 million, but could go for an even lower price.

Kovacic only has a year left on his contract, with the Blues eager to cash in on him rather than lose him on a free in a year's time.

Former Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel is at Bayern and is eager to reunite with Kovacic.
