Chelsea are eyeing Hoffenheim defender Jeremy Toljan.

The fullback has attracted an enquiry from Chelsea in the past week as they seek a new right-back signing.

In Spain, it's claimed Chelsea have also approached Real Madrid in a formal basis to discuss a fee for Danilo.

BILD, meanwhile, says Chelsea have opened talks with Hoffenheim for Toljan, 22, though face competition from Napoli.

Snapped up from Stuttgart's academy, Toljan has been with Hoffenheim for six years.
