Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel was delighted to help PSV Eindhoven to the Eredivisie title yesterday.

Van Ginkel was celebrating yesterday after PSV secured the Eredivisie title for the 24th time.

"You have to prove yourself against the top competitors and if you win 3-0, that is top of course," Van Ginkel told NOS after victory over Ajax.

"Everyone had the goal to become champions today, everyone wanted to win and you could see that on the field too.

"We are certainly a team.

"We have grown towards each other and if you win it that way, then it is wonderful."
